All orders placed between 1st- 7th October will not be processed until 8th October as our factory are on holiday! Once processed there will be a further 7-10 day delivery.

Delivery and Returns

How long is delivery?

Delivery is currently taking 7-14 BUSINESS working days. If your product is on back order this can take up to 4-5 WEEKS depending on whether your item is on back order. You will get an email after purchase to confirm your order.

If my colour isn’t in stock how long is delivery to order it in?

Typically around 1-3 weeks.

 HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return items to us within 14 days of Delivery – The item MUST be returned within the 14 day period.  Due to the nature and hygiene of our products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for the return to be accepted. Any products that have been opened or tampered with will not be accepted for a refund.

If your item is a back order or customised item these cannot be returned due to a bespoke item.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes exchanges are accepted within 14 days of Delivery. – The item MUST be returned within the 14 day period.  Due to the nature and hygiene of our hair products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for an exchange to be accepted.

Back order items or customised items cannot be exchanged due to a bespoke service.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any products back that have been worn or removed from the security tie. Items will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued if items are deemed worn or tampered with.

We will also return to the customer if  items are received after the 14day period for both returns & exchange options.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we do not have a free returns system. We would advise returning all items Via Royal Mail Special Delivery insuring the product at the correct value.

 

HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

We’ll be sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.

Refunds can take 7-14 days from the day we receive your return in our warehouse. Please allow 3-5 working days from your refund notification for the funds to clear in your account.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND

You can return items to us within 14 days of delivery as oppose to purchase. All refunds take around 7-14 business days. We will only accept items back that are still in the original packaging, with ties unopened, if the ties has been broken we cannot refund you.

We cannot refund the full amount if you have used Klarna or Clearpay due to disbursement fees. Please read our terms and conditions. 

FOR UNDELIVERED ITEMS THAT FALL OUTSIDE OF OUR EXCLUSIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE 10% OF ORDER CANCELLATION FEE IN ORDER TO COVER OUR IMPORT CHARGES/DELIVERY AND PRODUCT COSTS FOR PRODUCTION. WE ARE ENTITLED TO DEDUCT AN AMOUNT FROM THE REFUND TO REFLECT ANY LOSS IN VALUE OF THE GOODS SUPPLIED, IF THE LOSS IS THE RESULT OF UNNECESSARY HANDLING OF THE GOODS BY YOU.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AN ITEM?

Yes sorry girls we do not have a free returns system yet, but maybe in the future.

 

I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, IS THIS OK?

Yes of course, as long as your item is unopened and has not been tampered with you can exchange your item.
