If you use any other branded professional/NON professional or supermarket shampoos we cannot be held responsible if there became a fault with the hair extensions as other branded products can have ingredients in that could dry the hair out or react to it IE sulphates, silicones. 

Although some aftercare is ‘proffessional’ this does not mean that they are suitable for hair extensions. Hair Extensions are made with raw materials and need certain types of ingredients to stay healthy, hair extensions are not living like your natural hair, therefore you need organic/natural oils to keep them ‘living’ without being attached to a living follicle.

When you invest in premium hair extensions we highly recommend investing in premium aftercare too.

• Please take extra care of your hair. It is an investment.
• Hair extensions are high maintenance and it is really important you follow the instructions or your hair extensions will not last.
• Our hair care has been designed specifically for our hair extensions. 
• If your hair feels dry due to the sun please use a deep heat treatment or visit a salon.
• Do not use build up of hair sprays/dust. If you do use them please make sure you have washed your hair before using heat on them again as constant use and build up of products will cause dryness.
• AVOID chlorine or sea water.
• Always use heat protector and oils for hydration.
• Do not wash your hair for 48 hours after fitting.
• If you go on the sunbeds make sure your hair is covered, some tanning lotions can cause the hair to go pink aswell as fake tan.
• Attend regular maintenance appointments 6-8 weeks.
• Do not sleep with hair wet. This will cause knotting and matts and can be really uncomfortable and ruin the hair extensions.
• Always secure your hair extensions before sleeping and use a silk pillowcase .
• Use a bristle boar brush to seperate all bonds to avoid matting.
