Delivery and Returns
How long is delivery?
Delivery is currently taking 7-14 BUSINESS working days. If your product is on back order this can take up to 4-5 WEEKS depending on whether your item is on back order. You will get an email after purchase to confirm your order.
If my colour isn’t in stock how long is delivery to order it in?
Typically around 4 weeks but feel free to message us to check stock as we sometimes get behind with updating the stock everyday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE A FAULTY ITEM-
If you think your product is faulty please message or email us. We have a strict protocol to follow with every customer. We will ask a variety of questions (some may not apply to you but just answer them the best you can) and we will also ask for photos and videos of the fault.
We need this evidence to send to the factory so we can check batches etc and this can typically take around 5 working days. Please be aware that if you do not purchase our aftercare we cannot be held responsible for faults as other branded products can damage the hair extensions. If you prove you have purchased Tarti hair care within the time frame of the fault then we will replace the hair extensions. Please note , we may ask for you to return your item for inspection and then we can send a replacement or refund you if the hair is faulty,
Tarti HQ Returns policy
AS OF 01.05.2025 We can no longer accept returns for refunds. Please make sure you double check your order, we offer a free colour match service and are on hand on our instagram to help you. We can only except a return if your item appears faulty or the wrong colour/method was received, please message us if this is the case.
If your item is a back order or customised item these cannot be returned due to a bespoke item.
CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?
Yes exchanges are accepted if you have received the wrong colour or method but they need returning within 14 days of Delivery. – The item MUST be returned within the 14 day period. Due to the nature and hygiene of our hair products, ALL products must be unopened and in its original shipped condition for an exchange to be accepted.
Back order items or customised items cannot be exchanged due to a bespoke service.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept any products back that have been worn or removed from the security tie. Items will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued if items are deemed worn or tampered with.
We will also return to the customer if items are received after the 14day period for both returns & exchange options.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN MY FAULTY ITEM?
Unfortunately, we do not have a free returns system. We would advise returning all items Via Royal Mail Special Delivery insuring the product at the correct value.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND
We can no longer accept this service. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be making changes in the coming months to accept returns again.
I WANT TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM, IS THIS OK?
Yes of course, as long as your item is unopened and has not been tampered with you can exchange your item with any products we have in stock at the warehouse.
